Sunday Pointe shoe fittings require a $45 upfront fee because we are opening the store just for you! Don't worry, the $45 fee will be applied toward your pointe shoe purchase at the time of your fitting.

🩰 Preparing for Your Pointe Shoe Fitting Appointment

• Wear a leotard so the fitter can clearly see leg and foot alignment.
• Wear convertible tights so to allow you to go barefoot as needed during the fitting.
• Bring your current pair of Pointe Shoes along with any toe pads or separators you currently use (Only if currently on pointe)
• Cover any blisters or sores with bandages to keep them protected.
• Trim your toenails short to prevent discomfort during the fitting.
• Bring any notes or recommendations from your ballet teacher, especially regarding preferred brands or styles.

FAQs:

Is the appointment fee refundable if I need to cancel?
Yes, as long as you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time. After that, the fee is non-refundable, as we are opening the store just for you. You may cancel/reshedule up to 12 hours before your appointment through the link provided in your appointment email, or by calling the store at (904) 660-2142.

What if I decide not to buy pointe shoes during the appointment?
Pointe shoe fittings are a detailed and time-intensive process to ensure the best fit and support. A $45 fitting fee is required for all pointe shoe appointments that take place before or after normal store hours. This fee will be applied toward your purchase the day of your fitting. Please note: if you choose not to make a purchase with us, the $45 fee is non-refundable.
